1. FAQ: Every item that leaves our shop is hand-crocheted. Nothing is sourced out. Each item is designed and created by Connie Relyea.

2. Easy Care: All items are machine wash/dry or hand wash/hang or dry flat.

3. Wool/Wool Blends: We do use wool and/or cashmere by request, these types of yarns may need to be drycleaned and will be priced higher, due to the cost of yarn.

4. SHIPPING: Shipping time is based on where your order is delivered. We have no control over the carrier.  We do offer other types of shipping services. All orders are shipped FREE within the USA. All Customs Taxes/Fees are your responsibility.  

5. What types of yarn do we use? We use Caron Simply Soft Yarns and Caron Brand Yarns, Premier Yarns, Bernat, Yarn Art, Lion Brand, and Hobbii. We also use 100% Cotton, 100% Acrylic, Acrylic Blend Yarns, and Cotton/Bamboo Blend Yarns, and if you prefer, we can use wool. wool blends and/or cashmere yarns for custom orders only.

6. READY TO SHIP: All of my listings in this shop are Ready to Ship, in 5-7 business days.

7. CUSTOM ORDERS: All of our listings can be custom ordered in your choice of color(s) and most have a variety of sizes to choose from...always your choice, from our sister Etsy Shop.  

8. Wholesale/Lots: Wholesale is the act of buying goods in bulk from a manufacturer (Twisted Granny) at a discounted price and reselling it for a higher price. We offer competitive pricing on all of our wholesale listings. Each listing starts at a minimum of 20 pieces and can be purchased in any amount needed. Our listings reflect a maximum of 100 pieces, if you need more than this quantity message us for a price list.  

9. DONATIONS: Do we donate to charities? We donate yarn and cash donations to charities for the homeless, displaced families, and children. If you would like to join our crusade, please message us. Every little bit counts for someone in need. Our goal is to keep America warm.  

10. Do we carry an inventory?? All of the listings in this shop are Ready to Ship. Our listings can be custom-made to order in our Etsy Shop, in your choice of size/color specifications. 

11. Do we offer non-skid rug/table mat/coaster backing? **NEW SERVICE!! Hand hand-applied rubber backing option is now available at The Twisted Granny Shop. Message us for details/price list and get your rubber backing for slippery floor/table surfaces, such as wood, tiles linoleum, marble, etc... These treated rugs can be machine wash and dry.

12. What is our privacy policy? At The Twisted Granny Shop, we care deeply about privacy. We believe in transparency, and we’re committed to being upfront about our privacy practices, including how we treat your personal information. We know you care about your privacy too, so we provide settings that allow you to choose how certain information is used. This policy explains our privacy practices for The Twisted Granny Shop.  I do not personally collect and store any of my customer's information.

DELIVERY: US Shipping FREE standard shipping on orders shipped within the USA. We also offer USPS Priority Mail, and Express Mail. In all countries outside of the USA, we ship USPS Standard Mail. If you do not request an alternate shipping method in the USA, we ship USPS First Class Ground…which will take up to 10 days to receive. We do not pay for return shipping. All orders are shipped from New York, USA. Orders at your doorstep in 5 - 10 business days for the USA, (after processing time). 100% of orders are tracked. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link when your order leaves our shop. Order by September to ensure delivery before Christmas!  Please note we're unable to ship orders over $600 in value to Canada Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to some countries. Large and Heavy Orders Exceptional orders which are unusually large and/or heavy, will be shipped via USPS Ground and will be on your doorstep in 10 - 15 business days. Additional postage costs may apply. This applies mainly to large Wholesale orders.  Duties and Taxes Items shipping outside of the US may be subject to import duties and/or additional taxes or expenses. You are responsible for payment of any such duties and/or additional taxes. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office or taxation authority for more information before placing your order. For orders in Canada, we will not be able to refund your order if you reject it based on such duties or taxes, because these items are destroyed and not returned to our shop. Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing the order. In the unfortunate and unlikely event of a price and/or description error of a product, we may cancel and refund your order. If having placed an order with us, you wish to cancel it, you may do so for a full refund of the cost of the Goods and any shipping charges, provided that you have contacted us within 30 minutes of placing the order. We do not accept exchanges/returns on orders.
